I was out on a business trip during the January freeze. When I came back home, the house was freezing. Tired and hungry from the flight, I gave these guys a call even though thinking that nobody was on staff at 10PM. To my surprise, they showed up fast! After the tech was done, he said it was an easy fix (took about 40 minutes) and handed me a receipt. Wait, I didn’t pay yet. He said, “you’re all set! You are under maintenance agreement.” and he left. I am so glad I signed up with these guys.
